Subject To Wholesale?
Ihave a house available to me subject 2 and it needs 5k work. I am involved in other projects but feel I could get 2k down and 150 a month for it. But I don't want to over see it. Shoudl I pass or pursue? Any thoughts anybody? Hmmm, I ponder

They are very tempting...I don't have the reserve yet to be able to do this (take over subject to's myself and lease/option), if worst case scenario hit...I'm not ready to be able to cover everything.
If it were me, I'd probably offer to wholesale the deal to one of my buyers.
