Subject To Resouces

I'm just getting started in real estate investing and it seems like the more I read on this website, the more confused I am. Everytime I think that I've determined what method I want to use to start investing, I see something in a new forum that sounds like a good way to start.

Anyway, I am trying to understand the whole idea of buying properties subject to, and I am having a really difficult time understanding the whole process. I've done some research on the internet and haven't really found to much, certainly nothing in depth enough to make me feel comfortable enough to try a subject to transaction. I was wondering if people had any good resources that they could recommend? Ideally, I'm looking for a book that I can pick up at the bookstore or order off of the internet, or a good internet site would work too. I'm not too interested in a course that costs hundreds of dollars, since I am not sure that subject to transactions will be my chosen method of investing. Basically I am only looking for a more comprehensive understanding of the process.

Any information you can offer would be greatly appreciated!

Buy Lockes book along with doing the research on this site. When you buy the book he gives you enough access to him that he can explain everything you need to know and he can even walk you through deals if you aren't comfortable yet. If you rea d this site long enough you will have a pretty good understanding. I have been doing extensive research for several weeks now. I have to say even though I have done a lot I am going to be nervous but you just have to get in there and do it. I hope this helps a little.
