"Subject To" Purchase
Hi all:
I am looking for the correct procedure to do a subject to purchase, I have a motivated seeler that needs to move out of State fast.
Ex. Power of attorney, due on sale acknowledgement form, warrtany due how would I write up a sales contarct and is one required. They just need a little cash and make up 2 payments, house has apprx 30k in equity. Thanks
