Its in the Consignment section on the bottom. WELL WELL Worth it.
Just started my self and getting to walk the walk I just posted a NEW BEE NEEDS TO ACK FAST. YOU can FOLLOW my deal and will learn together.
I will keep a running up date on it.

    For Sale By Owner Section

Is where he talks about taking a property Subject 2

Or also known as a Wraped mortgage.
Just depends on where you live.

    JB,
I have quite a few courses including the LeGrand course. That course talks mostly about owner financing and that's not the same as SUB TO. If you want a really good, easy to follow sub to course buy JOHN LOCKE'S SUBTO MANUAL. It is well worth it. You won't be disapointed.
