Subject 2

connections profile photo

Can anyone recommend a good book or course on subject 2 ? I buy repos, auction properties and property from wholesalers but would like to learn about this as well . I have read some about it but certainly not enough to try and use it. Also anyone with experience using it please feel free to offer tips suggestions or whatever I'm always anxious to learn more ways to buy property.
Thanks
George

I have not personally reviewed the Course, but I know many people who have, and the concensus is that John Locke has no equal.

I concur with LeaseOptionKing - the John Cash Locke course is very good... Check it out - he gives you his cell phone number and mentors you on the deals you have...

    Good Luck!

I bought the course, am halfway through it and like it. I am, how do they say, very frugal, and I think it is worth the money. Look forward to posting my first sub2 deal when I do it.

Thanks for the reply .After checking on several other web sites the concensus seems to be the same.

The biggest thing with the John Cash Locke Course is you have to just go out and do it! Just do what he tells you to do, say what he tells you to say and see if it works...

    Good Luck!

Anyone care to sell an old John Locke course???

    hbinc2000,
One thing you might try is if you are a member of a local rei club leave a flyer on the deals table and offer to "rent' the program. This has worked for me and even though I dont copy the program you can copy any of the forms from it that you need .It's cheaper than buying it and most people are more willing to let you use it than to sell it.
    Good Luck
    George.

ck ebay-the one I seen might still be there. I don't know if you'll get his phone# & email like I got-but then again i paid full price for it and got it from John's website-and well worth the full price!

i have j/l's course . it is a great course on sub. to . the best i've read to date.......the course comes with a online sub. to website . if the course does not answer your questions you can find the answer on the site.......km

I would think that a course that has access to the person and the web site would well be worth the cost if you needed it. None of the programs I "rented "had anything like that and they were about topics I already used .Mostly renting a course is good for picking up a few new tips.

I wouldn't buy a used John Locke course... That wouldn't come with his 2 best values... Mentoring and Online message boards... Keep this in mind...

Good Luck - Sub 2 is a great way to go!

    Mattfish ,
I think you're right .I was on another site recently where this same topic was being debated and evryone who had the course said that they were always able to contact him and get a quick response . Renting or buying used is probably not a great idea for this course because you aren't getting the most valuable part it, the direct access to him.

very true , grasshopper..lol....good luck..if you know REI then purchase the manual..if you are brand new and this is where you want to be , then locke has a mentoring program as well....limited enrollment but lifetime support ....
