Subject 2 Courses

ddhamilt profile photo

Hi All (and John),

I have read many a great thing about John's course, and have also read some good things about the course by William Tingle.

Does John's Sub2 Manual come with all of the basic forms neccesary to carry out a subject to?

And has anyone read Wiliiam Tingle's subject 2 manual? If so how has it been?

Thanks. <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_eek.gif"> [ Edited by ddhamilt on Date 11/02/2003 ]

    Hi ddhamilt,

First of all I have not read William Tingle’s manual, so I cannot speak on that.

Yes, the John Locke manual contains all the documents needed to do a Subject to deal as long as you make the proper changes so they are state specific.

In addition, you get full cel phone and e-mail support along with a password protected web site.

    Hope this helps

Have you done a deal with charlie's course and if you have, have you gotten a check from the seller?

I haven't read either authors Subject 2 book. But, if you read post after post on this site, there's nothing but accolades and positive reviews for John $Cash$ Locke's course. Seldom is any other course mentioned.

If I was going to buy one I'd go with the flow and buy JCL

I haven't read William Tingles course. I have heard from people that it was very good. Quite comprehensive for the price as well. I am going to get it myself.

    To nebulousd....

No not yet, just bought ABC's at the OREIA Convention a week and a half ago. Haven't even finished listening to the tapes yet. It's pretty extensive.... 16 for buying and 16 for selling!

I was at oreia also but didnt buy abc's-- already have John locke. You can find ABC's on Ebay for a "buy it now" price of $485.00. If it was a CD package i might have bought it,

Hello all... I know I am showing my cards here but, what is the basic principle of a Subject 2 deal? I am very new at REI (recently bought first HUD property) and am trying to understand some of the different arenas this business has to offer. Thanks. JM.

After reading many, many books and shelling out a Harley-Davidson's-worth of dough for my girlfriend and I to go see a rich dad advisor, I bought John Locke's book and wish I had done it sooner. You can read the entire thing in a half-hour and he spells everything out for you.
