Subject 2 Books
I'm a newbie and have just come across the idea of "subject 2" investing. I would like to find more information about this type of real estate investing before spending hundreds of dollars on a course. It seems that there are no books at the library about this subject ans I can't find any at www.amazon.com.
Does anyone know of any books out there that could give me detailed information on this type of investing? Also, I'm just curious why this type of investing isn't more popular?
