Sub2 Learning

I have heard there is a book out there by John Locke about learning Sub2's. I am unable to find it. Can someone point me in the right direction. I have seen other stuff that is out there, but I would perfer a book over a Tape/CD/DVD. Any help would be great.

    I heard the same rumor, it was probably started by some dastardly soul, trying to capture the Subject To market.

    I am interested in learning more. I have seen and heard what you have done, and I am interested in at least doing half the amount that you have done.
