Paperwork, how many copies of each doc are needed when at the sellers home to sign up the deal?
deed, purchase agreement, POA, CYA, etc...
For starters, I'd imagine 2 contracts, one for you and one for the seller.
what about the other docs?
I have seen some say 2 deeds should be signed, others say 3, but i have never heard a reason why.
