SUB TO Deal ???
I have recently purchased a prefor subto and have set up PM company for payments etc... Have a question about the other bills that are attached to the property. Do these stay in seller name or do I put them in company name? Probably a very simple answer I am ust unaware of what that answer is.

They are not attached to property. The city water co just called asking about settlement and asking questions. I dont think the bank can find out anything from this but an unsure.
