Sub To Costs???
Hello all you Subject To investors!!
I am wondering if some investors can share with me some success stories about Subject To investing. I am looking for specifics, especially how much you paid for the equity in the property, how much real equity was in the property, and most of all - How much did you spend up front between the cash to sellers (u-haul money), loan service setup/pymnts/title work/insurance, clean up, etc! How much did you put out up front and how much did you get in return!!
