Sub 2 Refinancing
Ok. I am looking for a good contact to do Sub 2 Refincing. Have several units, and this is my first attempt to start financing some of them. Some of them have 40-60k equity, so I am going to want to pull some cash out. Good Credit. Just looking for someone who has actually done it to give me good solid advice. Thanks in advance.

I really appreciate your response. I have done land contracts on some of them, but the majority of them I lease/ Option. As far as a no doc loan, I am unfamiliar with these and wonder if you could give me someone to talk to about them. Thank you.

Were these no doc loans personally guaranteed by you? Did they show up on your credit report?
Were they given to you or your llc or corp?

They were loans from lenders in my name. They just could not say no for some reason, maybe it was my pleasant smile, do you think.
A good mortage broker on your team is the answer, if you don't have one, better get to getting.
