Just wondering if anybody has done Sub 2's on condo's? Can It be done? What about HOA? Any other specific forms needed?Do you treat it like a house? Thanks

Yep, same as a house and you pay the HOA fees.
Do you escrow HOA fee's or how do you pay them some are due quarterly, semi annually and yearly? Can the be handled like insurance, just draw up a contract and have them signed over to you?

How were the HOA fees being paid? Obviously they weren't escrowed, or they wouldn't be behind. That is something you will have to research when you catch the fees up.
