Sub 2 Deals In Michigan...

Newbie here... Is there anything/law in Michigan (since it is a wierd state for real estate) that will prevent / obstruct sub 2 deals? I will really appreciate expert advice. Thanks

    What is weird about Michigan real estate? Nothing in Michigan law to keep you from doing sub tos.
