I met today with very anxious seller. He is willing to sub to. Virginia Housing Development Authority isssued the loan. They are a state agency to assist low income first time home buyers with subsidized loans. My question: are there special circumstances with this kind of loan? This loan payoff 131K Interest 4.875 one month behind PITI $945 Thanks Dan
