Sell Home In 5 Days
I would like to sell my investment property as quickly as possible, but still need to get Fair market value for it.. Has anyone out there done the " Sell your home in 5 days" I recently read the book by Bill Effros and was wondering if anyone had successfully done this.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had a friend try it a couple of years ago. The highest bid he got was about 75% of fair market value, and almost 25K less than he owed on the property.
