John, i was just joking around, i figured it was his wife or a second account. anyways the more power to him for being out doing "real deals" and not wasting time on the computer. i only wish the weather was as nice here in CT as it is in FL right now.
anyways i believe the reason his "50 Deals" post was deleted, was because he posted his phone number, or what i believe looked like his phone number. someone probably thinking "safety first" deleted. too bad it was a good post and great accomplishment.
Another question for you guys. Im a newbie at this and just started doing my research, im wondering what you guys tell people you do for a living other then private investing? I guess what im really asking is how do you explain what you do in simple terms to the layman.[ Edited by TheGodFather on Date 03/16/2005 ]
what do you mean signing off? where are you going?
you only have two posts, how are you going to sign off when you just signed on?
why would they delete that? what is the big deal?

Differnt brokers have different rules regarding what their agents can and cannot do as far as investment. I would interview with other brokers.
Try to work with brokers who are also investors.
