Questions About SUBJECT 2? Help
Im gettin ready to sell my house subject 2 ----to an investor. Are any of these documents i have so sign gonna be legal documents like be notarized or anything. If he misses a payment, or just stops paying, could i file a lawsuit against him?
Another question...what is the process from start to finish? After the deed is in his name, does he fix the house up and sell it for more than the loan thus profiting?
