Question For John Locke

nomad2006 profile photo

John,

I have read your books, spoken to you a handful of times and you have always been helpful. Thank you.

I am considering moving to Raleigh NC area, but I do not know of a creative RE attorney that I can consult. I love incvesting Sub To and I do not want to stop. Do you know of an attorney in the Triangle area that can answer some of my questions?

Also, do you know of any other difference in Sub To investing in Raleigh Nc as compared to Pinellas county Florida?

As always, I am grateful for any advice you can share with me.

Tommy.

    Tommy,

No problem doing Subject To in North Carolina.

Here is an Ariticle I wrote after speaking with the Powers That Be in NC.

As LOK stated legislation never whet anywhere when they tried to stop Sub 2 investing in NC.

Since I invest in a different area of NC, I am not familiar with any attorney in the Raleigh area, but I would believe there are some, you would just need to check and if I can help let me know..

    John,

Thanks again for the information. I am not moving for a while, but I just want to make sure the move will not be a bad transition for my family and my business.

If I have any questions, I most certainly will contact you in the future.

Your help is always greatly appreciated.

    Tommy
