Property Taxes (Subject To)
I have a sub to deal im looking at and I have a question about the property taxes. The taxes are NOT impounded (escrow) The sellers have paid taxes which were due 4/2006 (PAID) and now due12/2006. Am I correct that the tax bill needs to be sent to the title company handling this deal as opposed to submitted directly to ME to pay accordingly in their name.
