Owner Wants To Sell House
I called an owner who put an ad in paper to sell house. They claims 10K in equity if I buy this property from them. How do find out if there really is 10K in equity & how to I approach this offer? Open to any advice. What would you do?
They want $34K with $10K Instant equity. How is that?
