Owner Is Not In Arrears-just Want Out-divorce Case?
If i have it right i can "take it over with a "subject to" and wait for a lease purchase buyer and collect $5-10k for putting the deal together?
Do i have this correct or what would you guys and girls do?
ps: no equity but a $56k second that is current-he just want out and move on since the divorce is final. THANKS
