First and foremost, my wife and I would like to thank John Locke & John LV. for the training manual that we had recently purchased. I feel these are the tools that are needed to give us the drive and confidence to make it happen. Also, I believe this business will add to my career as a Mortgage broker…..Nice to know that I can put a buyer into a house regardless of their credit! I do have one question regarding realtors. Have any of you investors had any problems with a listing agent canceling a contract with the home owner?
