Need Forms Reviewed In PA
Greetings,
I need to have forms reviewed for a SubTo deal in PA. Can anyone refer an attorney that is familiar with Sub2 in PA?
Would also like the Attorney to review Trust Docs, so if they have experience in that area it would be helpful, but not necessary, I also need a referral to an LSC and Title co.

Where in PA are you located? Perhaps joining a local REI group would be beneficial. I'm in Montgomery County and I joined the Diversified Investor Group (DIG) a wealth of information can be obtained just by attenting a meeting.

Thank you for responding, I did write to DIG for a referral and was told that the question has been asked many times and they have never gotten a good answer.
The reason I need the forms reviewed in PA is that I am located in NJ, but the deal is in PA. It is in NW PA.
I am sure DIG is a good REI group, I understand they have a famous couple coming this weekend to do a workshop on Sub2... But as in all sub2 deals time is of the essence.
