Need A Catagory For This One
I found a house thats for sale by owner, and Ithe price has also been reduced. I have seen it for sale for at least 2 or 3 months now. What should I do?
Should I be worried about the price being reduced?
Could it be a possible sub2, wholesale, or what?
I dont have all the particulars on it yet, so I do realize that any advise would be limited.
