Just ordered $CASH$ course today. I have a question. If the existing mortgage company sells it to another who get's the notification of that and would that bring up a DOS?
Mortgage companies sell mortgages all the time. That does not trigger a DOS. You will have provided a change of address form instructing the mortgage company where to sent the statements and other correspondence related to the loan, and the information from the new lender will go there also. This will not present any problems for you.
