Missing Person
I see a vacant house, see owner name in telephone book but phone number disconnected & 411 does not have any other phones listed for her. I want to take over payments of this house for this missing person. The grass at the house is get real high & ugly. How can I find this person and try to help them out? Open 2 all ideas.
Have you attempted to either lookup the mailing address at the county where the deed is recorded (this info. is usually available to the public)? Have you sent a letter to teh address - sometimes a forwarding address will get it to the owner?
I find the best response (after doing the above, of course) is to talk to the neighbors. Tell them you intend to clean up the property. Sometimes you can get tons of information from a neighbor who sees you as helping with the distressed property.
