Lease To Purchase -vs- Subject To

Hello everybody; hope you are all blessed with good health and money. My question is as follows. What si the difference between a Lease to Purchase agreement and a Subject to agreement?? I may be wrong; but I see them both as being the same. Can someone give me their input on this matter. Thank you all in advance for your time and your responses. Many blessings :-S
