Just Ordered John's Manual
I've been reading up on this board for the past month or so and finally placed my order for John's Subject To: manual! I am excited to get the book and get started on my rei career. It was the many great reviews and the sucess stories posted here that convinced me that it was worth checking out the manual.
I will be forming an LLC with a business partner here in TX so we will be turning to all of you for help as we put into action the ideas we have been reading about. Hopefully we will be able to find specifics for the best exit strategies here in Texas, such as doing Wrap Around Mortgages and Lease Options, etc as we acquire properties. Thanks again for the help and motivation.

Has anyone done Subject To in the Austin, TX area? Would love to hear stories about the area. I know we will be focusing on the up and coming suburban areas around Austin, as there are MANY many new neighborhoods that have been built in the past 3-4 years that are surely good candidates for sub to deals.

Go to www.happyhousesellers.com. they are a small company that does some subject 2's but you might want to look into lease options also. Anyways the company will help you out in most cases.
