Does his book give detail step by step information or just high level general information on Subject2?

    NO DON'T BUY IT!

    ...more deals for us!

Thanks for all your opinions. I just am not for sure if there is a market for them where I am. Should I contact a realtor to find out if this is common practice in my area. Thanks.

    Dear New,

Welcome aboard. Sure contact a Realtor. They will tell you NO! Not possible, not practicle, immoral, illegal, they are sure of it.
WHY? Because it takes away their position in a otherwise improbable real estate transaction.
"Now, not all Realtors' are bad, there are a few good ones around the country." (anyone recognize that line?)

You know what, don't buy the book.:

"If you think you can, or think you can't you are right"

Gives the rest of us a chance to make some more deals....

    Good Luck,

    Clint
