Funny, Mine came with state specific contracts, it was just state specific for Nevada, where John was living at the time. I have not seen a course available that offered or claimed to offer state specific contracts for all 50 states.
Hire your own attorney to review John's contracts, and recommend changes that would make them appropriate for your state. Geesh!
John's manual is very much about the presentation. That's what puts you in a position to get contracts signed, and become successful. If there are better courses out there, They are few and far between.
