I bought John's manual but, try as I might, I haven't found a Sub2 deal yet, just aren't that many ripe foreclosures out here in the hinterlands. His info on marketing is quite useful, and universal. And I have found access to John via his cell phone very helpful, as I've made other non-Sub2 deals, about which he has good insights. So I figure I ended up with the manual and the man, and that's been worth it.

I've purchased the course and am very pleased it. I haven't started marketing yet but I truly believe that this will work. Hope this helps.
