This question has probably been answered before but I just started learning about subject to's. Where is the best place to find these. thanks for everyones help
you don't find them, they find you. you advertise that you buy houses and viola, your phone rings and people are begging you to take their house. I feel sorry for some of the people cause some type of houses I don't do. Mobile homes for instance. I know nothing about tanks and double wides and that other stuff, just not taking the time to learn.
But to answer your question, they find you. run an ad, put up signs, flap your tounge and tell people your in the house business.

you just advertise that you buy houses FAST! they don't need to understand how you're doing it until you're actually pitching yourself to them (and explaining the benefits of them staying on the mortgage).
