How To Sign The Deed Using LLC Or Trustee
If I assign myself as the trustee. I would sign it this way: John Q. Doe, as trustee under a declaration of trust dated 12/17/94. If i do not put it in a land trust, how do i sign the deed? ABC Property , LLC, president John Q. Doe Please let me know. Thanks Carol
