How Do You Get Past Title Search On A Sub 2
Sub 2's have a mortgage so if you do a title search that will come up and will have to be discharged at settlement before transfer will occur. How do I get around this? Thanks in advance.

Don't try to get around a title search. A title search insures that the person conveying the title to the property is the person that has the right to do so. If you have title, you own the property with all of its loans and encumberances (i.e.) "Subject to" existing financing. Your assumption that the existing mortgage will have to be discharged at settlement is not completely accurate.
There are courses out there that explain the complete process of taking title Sub2, Might I sugggest that if you are convinced that you want to invest using this method, You should considering investing in your education, and get one of them.
