There are many ways to structure a subject to deal. What type of "sub2 deal" are you doing. Subject to existing financing; or you holding title; or to certain liens...fill us in on the details of what you are trying to do. subject to existing mortgage, warranty deed into my name along with power of attorney, no further encumbrences
I have done a previous sub to but the seller and i never did it via a purchase contract
