How Can You Get The Mortgage Payment In A "subject To Deal Reported?
i want to do a subject to deal property is tranferred into a land trust here in Atlanta, ga) but if i pay $1200 a mo how can i get it on my credit report at the 3 credit reporting agencies?
how do i benefit tax wish if this is in a land trust.

To get the payment history on your credit report, you will have to refinance the property in your own name.
