Good Title
In the process of buying a warehouse. I am now told tht the seller does not have good title. What does this means?
In the process of buying a warehouse. I am now told tht the seller does not have good title. What does this means?
It could mean a couple of things. From what I have learned it could mean the following:
* There are existing liens/judgement against the property.
* There is another property encroahing on the boundaries of your subject property.
* The chain of ownership may be messed up.
