Getting Ready To Order John Locke's Course But I Have One Question First...

Wayneone profile photo

I have finally decided to break down and order John Locke's course on Sub 2 investing but I first want to know if Sub 2s are even permitted in Maryland. If anyone has any information, please advise. I just dont want to invest the money into a program that i will not be able to lose. Your prompt response is appreciated as I would like to purchase asap

Thank you so much !!!! I will be ordering the course in about 10 minutes. If I could ask another quick question......when someone is selling a "contract"....is this the same as a sub 2? or should I just wait to receive the course grin

    Wayneone,

Probably best to wait until your recieve the material, it is going out today USPS Priority Mail, so it won't be long.

I don't want to bash John or anything but would like to let everyone know the money back guarantee is void if you open the cds. The cds coincide with the course. I think the course would definetly suck if the cds weren't in there. Its a good course I haven't made a dime yet but I think everyone should know that you can't open the cds without voiding the warranty.
700 bucks is alot of money so don't let the money back gaurantee fool you. I would like to add I've talk to John personally and he is there for you when ever you need anything.

Yea, I opened the CD's, made copies for all my friends and found out John wouldn't give me my money back!

Even if I never did a Sub 2, I learned how to sell properties I thought I'd be stuck with a while. But, I intend to do everything the sub 2 way from now on.

thank you everyone. I look forward to receiving the material and studying it. I will keep you posted on my first deal. By the way, i already have a list of about 25 preforeclosures . (actually I have MANY more but i have decided to start with just 25) I already have letters that are ready to go out ..... do you think i should wait until I get the course and study it a bit first or get a head start and get the letters out?

I would suggest getting your letters out now. You still can talk to them, get property details, and just let them know you have to talk to your partner!

will do....thank you. I will keep you all posted

    Wayneone,

Since 90% of my deals were done with sellers who were not in pre-foreclosure, because I teach how to find them before they get that far and can show you how to target your marketing to reach them. There is a pattern with these folks and I found it about 10 years ago and it has not changed.

I would rather reach them when they are not in self denial and are more apt to let me cure there pending pain before they reach pre-foreclosure.

I have a student who does about 2-3 deals a week with pre foreclosure folks, I would like to say he uses my method, but he developed it himself, absolutely ingenious. I had lunch with him a few weeks ago and he gave me a run down showing me how he did it and some of the deals he has done. He still does Subject To's by the way.

So my suggestion would be wait until see my methods or at least let me review the message you plan on sending to them.

Thank you. I actually was planning on using a letter that JohnMichael posted on the forum. He boasted about the success he has had with it and I thought I would try it out for myself. I will try to locate the post again and appreciate any advice you can give me.

If I may be of service in this matter, it would be my pleasure to do so. You may contact me at xxx-xxx-xxxx, by mail to the above noted address or by email. I look forward to your reply.

You can get the cash you need in as little as seven days. I handle all the paperwork and I pay all closing costs.

Don’t wait until it’s too late to get the money you deserve from your house. You deserve a fresh start, and I can help.

    John,
I am very interested in this strategy. I have an extreme amount of clients in pre-foreclosure looking for solutions. Would you mind asking your student if they would be willing to share some ideas (I realize advice is not free)
    :-D
    Thanks
