I have just now found out bout this site. From the looks of things, it seems well liked by many investors. I wanted to introduce myself and say that I look forward to discussing issues in the future. I am a new investor. I just left the teaching profession to invest and do mortgages full-time. I am excited to get aquainted with you guys.

I am focusing on foreclosures, fix-ups, and rental units. I was interested in doing some research on tax lien certificates, on the side.
