First Responce From Advertising
About a month ago I put an ad in the local paper I finally
got a responce via email thru my website. It was a mortgage broker that says she has a couple that is moving out of the area and need to sell their home fast. She also asked If I pay a finders fee. I'm going to call her tommarow. Does anyone have advice on dealing with mortgage brokers?How much should I offer as birddog fee? Thanks!
