Has anybody ever used these to get state specific real estate contracts. I have Cash's book and thought this would save a lot of money, rather than going to an attorney. They say these forms are updated by actual attorneys in those states. Any luck with these companies>
I've used some myself in states where I don't normally work, and have found them well done & state suitable.
Virtually every legal form that's printed & for sale anywhere has been done by a lawyer originally, so anytime you find one for sale in a stationary store or online, you can pretty much rely on its having been lawyer done.
