Financing Help
I live in Florida and I am trying to get a no doc loan to refi 3 rentals that I have. I want to take out some of the equity and refi at an 80% LTV on 2 of them and refi 1 of them as owner occupied- no cash out but maybe a LOC. FICO scores are mine 749-790 and hers are 777-790. Does anyone know who will give such loans?

I don't think you should have much trouble, get a referral to a competant broker in your area.
