FHA Insurance Refund Money. How Do You Claim It?
I just closed on a subto deal and now I want to make sure I don't leave any money on the table. I recall that if the loan was an FHA, the original owner is entitiled to get back a refund on the FHA insurance portion of the loan. Can anybody exlplain this process? Thanks.

Change the mailing address on file with the mortgage company.
Use your signed power of attorney to cash the check.
