Cure Date
I am sending out my first mailing tomorrow.
With any luck I will get a few responses, but I realize sale is about 28 days away give or take a day. I was wondering that,if I cure, that I would indeed have time to work with the bank to fix and sub to the property in question?
I understand the concepts of the sub to just not sure of timelines and to wheter I'm too late or not.
