CPA Recommendation?
Can anyone here recommend a good CPA for Sub 2’s in Washington State. I’m trying to figure out this whole excise tax thing here (1.78% OUCH). I did some searching here on the site and came across something about putting the property in a land trust but I haven’t the first clue on any of this. Big learning curve!
