COMPS... Need Help Urgently!
I work with a realtor here locally for getting comps in the Austin area, but recently have received an influx of out of town leads. Any suggestions on how I can get them? Does anyone work with realtors in any/all of the major Texas cities? Your help is urgently needed!!

If I were you, I would sign up with SiteX Data (IDM Corp). It does cost, I believe, $75 a month. But if you are going to be getting a lot of comps it will be well worth it. They have a thing called the SiteX Report which has a list of comps - sales price and loan amount and much much more...
