Cash For Equity & Down Payment
when doing sub-to, do you pay out of pocket for the sellers equity or do you wait until you collect the down payment from your buyer to pay for it?
I have two courses, both conflict here. I would personally rather wait until I collected my money from my buyer to then pay the seller, but how do you guys normally do it?
