Can I Buy A House Named On BANKRUPTCY Sub-to?
I received a call today from somebody on my "lis pendens" mailing list. He said his house was already filed under his bankruptcy. Is this a house I would even want to consider? Sounds complicated...if not impossible to buy sub-to. Any thought?? Thanks. Brian

you can still buy it. However, what ever you work out with the owner will need the judges aproval before you have a valid contract.
