A note here. Most experienced investors have taken the time to have their documents reviewed and edited to their specific needs by an attorney. After taking their time and money to make it a good working, and legal, paper, most will not simply give away these forms.
This is fine, I was just simply looking to see what most people include in theirs. I know that each state is different and should definately be checked out by an attorney. I also know that many of these items listed will include items that each investor has been burned on or almost burned on. I am just looking for more beef to add to mine.
